When invading the joints, the sick dog will limp or develop symptoms of muscle atrophy. The course of the disease is long and usually takes 2 to 5 months. Some cases will turn out well.
【Pathological changes】
According to the autopsy of the sick dog, it can be seen that the lungs are granulomas and are thin, there are obvious inflammations in the pleura, liver and kidneys, joints are lame and muscle atrophy.
[Diagnosis] In addition to the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of this disease, it must also be diagnosed in the laboratory, that is, microscopic examination of the disease material, or intradermal tests with coccidioidin, or chest X-ray transmission, or serum complement binding tests, agar diffusion tests, etc. before the final method can be made.
