According to official news, Burnley bought out 26-year-old Dutch attacker Fleming, and the two sides signed a four-year contract.
Fleming played a key role in helping Burnley return to the Premier League, scoring a total of 14 goals during loan and assisting teammates 4 times.
Fleming joined Burnley on loan from Millwall to play in August last year.
