Official: Norwich buys out Manchester City s 19-year-old midfielder Wright, the fee can reach 3 million pounds, including repurchase & second transfer
English Championship team Norwich officially announced that he bought out 19-year-old midfielder Jacob Wright from Manchester City. The two sides signed a contract to June 2029, including the option of renewing the contract for one year. The transfer will be officially completed on June 1 local time.
According to Manchester Evening News Manchester City reporter Simon Bajkowski, the initial fee of the transaction is 2.3 million pounds, which may increase to 3 million pounds. Manchester City also has the players' second transfer share and repurchase rights.
