Tanjung Yu Road Private House Project sold privately on Saturday, about 9% of the units sold

Developers sold seven two-bedroom, one three-bedroom and two four-bedroom units through private sales Saturday, with sales price ranging from about 2,880 yuan to 3,250 yuan. It is understood that most of the buyers are Singaporeans.

Ismail Gafoor, president of Propnex, pointed out that compared with large projects, small projects with about 100 units tend to have a more gentle subscription rate when they are sold in the early stages. In addition, since this is only a private sales event, not formal opening, and the project opening preview is only a week, some potential buyers may still be considering it.

Arina East Residences, a freehold deed project located on Tanjong Rhu Road, sold 10 units in a private sale event held on Saturday (June 7), equivalent to about 9% of the total unit quantity, with an average sales rule price of RMB 3,008.

Hedeng Group CEO Ye Runming said that the project was launched when the market faces uncertainty in tariffs. In addition, it is currently during the June school holiday, which may have an impact on sales data.

Arina East Residences, with 107 units built by ZACD Group, is located near Katong Park Station on the Tongshen-East Coast subway line. This project is the first private housing project in Tanjung Yu District in 12 years.
