Say the food is the same as before / Lantern Festival ‧Bao Lantern Festival

"Selling soup circles and selling soup circles, my second brother's soup circles are rounded again. If you want to eat soup circles, come and buy them quickly. After eating soup circles, you can eat soup circles. Soup circles sell soup circles ……." Many people are familiar with this song. "Eat Lantern Festival on the Yuan Dynasty and Solar Solar" is a general division method. Until today, the names of Lantern Festival and Solar Solar Solar are mixed, but they are all good omens that are full of groups and rounds.

Lantern Festival and soup are originally produced from the same root, both made of glutinous rice flour wrapped in glutinous rice flour, but the method is somewhat different. A soup is a round crumb with glutinous rice flour and water, called a "soft roll". If wrapped in the food, it is called a "soft roll". The food can be sweet or scattered. When I was a child, my grandma would shout us to wrap soup rounds before the Lantern Festival. People with skillful hands can also rub out the rolled soup rounds with both hands to make life successful.

Lantern Festival is a sweet meal. In previous years, early in the morning of the Lantern Festival, the market store manager would put the cucumbers in the door and roll them up and sway. The cucumbers were layer after layer after layer. It was an instant dance music with rhythm. Now the scene of "Shaking Lantern Festival" is difficult, and the mood of "Shaking Lantern Festival" has faded. "This year, the moon and lights remain the same, and I don't see the person last year, and I clean the spring shirt sleeves."

The historical community of the Soup Round says that the Lantern Festival is the first month-round night at the beginning of the year, and the "romantic school" is related to this. According to the Yuan Dynasty Eshizhen's "Yanhuan Records", after Chang'e fled to the moon, Houyi became sick after missing her. On the 14th night of the first lunar month of a certain year, Chang'e, who "repents to steal spiritual medicine", sent a boy to Houyi and said, "It is better to use rice noodles to make pills. The group is like the moon, and the house is northwest, calling the name of the wife, and you can fall in the three nights." Houyi did as he did, and Chang'e really returned to her body, "Returning her husband and wife as before", which made the soup even more gang-like.

The "Xiangrui School" is from the Jiangling County Chronicle. It says that on the 15th day of the first lunar month of a certain year in the Spring and Autumn Period, King Zhao of Chu traveled to the long river and saw floating objects on the surface of the river. He opened it and found that it was a sweet food with white and red insides. He asked Confucius to teach him, and Confucius said, "This is a duckweed fruit, and it is a sign of rejuvenation." Every day after that, King Zhao of Chu ordered the palace to wrap glutinous rice flour in hawthorn paste to make this fruit, cooked and eaten to show good fortune. Eating Lantern Festival on the 15th of the first lunar month has become a tradition.

There is also a "political faction" that is related to Emperor Taizong of Tang. It is reported that Li Jing led his troops to fight. When he returned to the court, the Spring Festival had passed. Emperor Taizong asked the chefs to make glutinous rice into a group to reward the soldiers at the Shangyuan Festival (now the Lantern Festival). This food was called "Yuan of Tang" by future generations, and it also means a family group.

Regardless of the origin, eating Lantern Festival on Lantern Festival was already very popular by the Song Dynasty. "Ageless Notes" compiled by Chen Yuanjing of the Song Dynasty mentioned that "boiled glutinous rice into pills, sugar into flakes, and squids" in the Shangyuan Festival. At that time, the soup should have no food, so you have to cook it in sugar water.

Although eating Lantern Festival has been passed down for thousands of years, it almost "disappeared" in the early years of the Republic of China. After harvesting the achievements of the 1911 Revolution, Yuan Shikai became the first president of the Republic of China, and in December 1915, he announced that the next year would be the "first year of Hong Kong", which attracted many oppositions, and he was also worried about this last day.

In the first month of the following year, Yuan Shikai heard the people selling Lantern Festival on the street shouting "Yuanxiao!" The more he heard, the more he felt, he felt as if he was shouting "Yuanxiao!", so he ordered a ban on "Yuanxiao", which could only be called soup or powdered fruit. The time people also used oil to slogans, "The poem chants go back to the previous dynasty, and when they were steamed and ripe, they floated on the water. Hong Kong issued a ban that year, so he did not call Lantern Festival along the street."

Fortunately, it was not long before Yuan Shikai abolished the imperial system under the pressure of all parties, and he passed away in June 1916. Otherwise, the Lantern Festival might have been renamed "Shengyuan Festival".

The 34th chapter of "Western Travel Records" writes the battle between Sun Wukong and Golden Horn and Silver Horn King. The Demon King sacrificed the purple gold red gourd and asked the Sun Winger to answer. Wukong, who was a pseudonym "Zhexing", thought, "My real name is Sun Winger, and the ghost name he named is Zhexing. The real name can be decorated. The ghost name is good and cannot be decorated." After a sound, the slap was trapped by the sucking gourd. "It turns out that the baby cares nothing about the authenticity of the name, but if you have a suitable habit, you will be installed." In history, many emperors have avoided names, but in fact, they are as unstoppable as "the one who acts", they just cheated on themselves.

"I only like to celebrate the lights, but the flames do not spit red. There is no clear scenery alone, and the people's style has changed drastically. Air defense will be trained, and the vastness of war is full of fireworks. A moment of a thousand gold night is not worth the money this year." The "Jimao (1939) Lantern Festival is the Scenery" by the Chiayi poet of Japan in the Japanese era reflects the "Good and Beautiful Scenery of the Sky" that is densely packed with clouds. The one who eats Lantern Festival pictures is a kind-hearted head. As for whether you can really "receive your own yard", it depends on the actual behavior. If you only talk like "Sunxing, the Sunshine", you may have to "pay and break the well".
