In Taiwan, "Swallow Meat Film" may be confused with "Swallow Meat Film".

"Swallow Malt Tablets" in English is oatmeal, and it is made by shelling, steaming and squeezing the oatmeal. Its ingredient is 100% Swallow Malt. "Swallow Meat Tablets" usually need to be cooked before they can be eaten.

"Milk Tablets" are cereal in English, and it is mostly made of corn, wheat, wheat, rice and other grains (may not contain swallows at all), and is cooked, baked, shaped, and added sugar, spices, pigments, etc., making it crispy and delicious, with colorful colors. "Milk slices" usually do not need to be cooked (usually placed in milk).

Swallow malt tablets are usually divided into four types: (1) Steel-cut oats (so it is not Swallow malt tablets), (2) Rolled oats/ old-fashioned oats Traditional oats, (3) Quick-cooking oats Quick-cooking oats, (4) Instant oats Instant oats Instant oats. (4) Instant oats Instant oats: Cut the oatmeal pellets into finer (almost powdered), then bake, remove shells, steam, and grind into slices. Open water with a sip and you can eat it.

We all use Quaker's traditional swallow mackerel. The simplest way is to cook it softly, add milk and eat it. You can also cook it and leave it overnight, add milk and cook it. After turning off the heat, it will be eaten for about 5 minutes. The principle is that the longer it cooks, the softer it becomes, and the longer it soaks (stands) the thicker it becomes. For those who are anxious to go to work in the morning, they can cook a "Swallow Meat Porridge" or "Sink Meat Porridge" without milk and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, serve a bowl, add milk, and heat it up to heat.
